We welcome news of events that are of interest to homeschooling families in South Carolina and surrounding states.

Organizations and support groups can now post events directly to our calendar. You'll need to create an account first (click the "Create Account" button on the top right-hand side of the calendar). Once your account is created and confirmed, click on the "add event" button is on the right-hand side of the page to post your event.

Please keep titles short, and start with the state abbreviation. You can include more than one state if the location is near a neighboring state (for example: "SC/NC - Mummies Exhibit").

If your event occurs several times during the day (multiple theater performances, for example), include the time of the first event or performance. Other times can be listed in the description area.

For events that last more than two days, please post on the first day, and add "begins today" to the title so families know they'll need to read the description to find out more.
 
In your event description, make sure to include all the information homeschoolers will need to attend: age restrictions, cost, registration requirements, address, contact information (including area code if you're posting a phone number), and a website address, if you have one.
