What we're doing...
Join us for several educational performances at the Peace Center in Greenville, SC. All performances last about an hour.

Mine Eyes Have Seen the Glory is a musical revue that recounts the social and political upheavals of the Civil War. It's told in songs and first-person narratives from both Southern and Northern perspectives. It's targeted to grades 3-8, but younger and older students are welcome to attend. (No children under 3.) Curriculum Connection: History, Non-Fiction, Music, Literature, and Drama.

Performance Date: March 4 at 12:00 pm
Registration Deadline: February 12

Laura Ingalls Wilder: Growing Up on the Prairie is a musical play based on the memories of Laura Ingalls Wilder as they travel through America's frontier in a covered wagon during the 1870s and 1880s. It's targeted to grades 2-6, but younger and older students are welcome to attend. (No children under 3.) Curriculum Connection: History, Social Studies, Literature, Geography, and Values.

Performance Date: April 9 at 12:00 pm
Registration Deadline: February 21

My Heart in a Suitcase is a dramatic adaptation of Anne Lehmann Fox's experiences as a 12-year-old on the Jewish Kindertransport out of Germany during WWII. It's targeted to grades 4-8, but younger and older students are welcome to attend. (No children under 3.) Curriculum Connection: History, Social Studies, Drama, and Language Arts.

Performance Date: April 30 at 10:00 am
Registration Deadline: February 21

Current members have priority for these events, but any remaining spots will be offered to 2014-2015 members.

(NOTE: No drop-offs. Parents, or another adult, must attend this event with their children.)

Cost, Cancellation Policy, and Refunds...
The cost for each performance is $9 per person (students and parents). Any parking fees will be payable to the parking garage on the day of the event.

There will be no refunds for cancellations or missed performances. Your signed registration form and payment acknowledges that you understand and agree with my cancellation and refund policy.

These events may be cancelled if we don't have enough students to meet the minimum required. If it's cancelled, you'll receive a full refund.

Important Notes
Carolina Homeschooler members have priority for these events, but 2014-2015 members will be added if space is available. (Visit our membership area for more information about becoming a member.)



Full payment is due within 7 days of my registration confirmation email. Please don't register until you can make full payment.

I accept checks and BillPay through your bank. I can't accept PayPal or credit cards (credit card checks are fine).

You (or another adult) must attend these performances with students. No drop-offs.

Any parking fees will be payable to the parking garage on the day of the event.

No refunds for no shows or late arrivals.
