What we're doing
Join us at Knight's Stadium in Fort Mill SC on Saturday, June 29, for a meal, baseball game, and great fireworks show! We'll meet at the stadium's covered Picnic Pavilion area at 5:30 pm to enjoy a picnic buffet of grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, barbecue chicken, several sides, soft drinks, tea, and water.
Then we'll watch the Charlotte Knights play against the Buffalo Blue Jays from our field box seats - where the kids will have a good chance of taking home a baseball as a souvenir! To top it off, they'll have a great fireworks show after the game!
The registration deadline for this trip is June 17.
Transportation and Parking
You'll need to arrange your own transportation for this day trip. Parking at Knight's Stadium is an additional $5 per vehicle.
Cost and what's included
The cost is $28 for ages 13 and up, and $21 for ages 3-12 (ages 2 and under are free). This includes your meal, drinks, reserved field box seats, but not your parking ($5 per vehicle, payable when you arrive at the stadium).
Weather Policy
If it rains and the game is postponed, we'll still have the picnic, and you'll be able to exchange your ticket for a future home game.
Cancellation policy and refunds
Payments are refundable only if I have a family on my waiting list to replace you, and a $5 per person cancellation fee will be deducted from any refunds. No replacements, roster changes, or refunds will be made after June 15, 2013.
This event may be cancelled if we don't have enough participants to qualify for the group rate and picnic. If it's cancelled, you'll receive a full refund.

Full payment is due within 7 days of the date I confirm your registration. (I'll send you a confirmation email with payment instructions.) If I don't receive your payment by the due date, you will be moved to my waiting list to fill any open spots that remain after my deadline. No reminder emails will be sent.
After you complete the registration form, you'll receive an automated notification that it posted correctly. This email does not confirm your spots - it just confirms that your registration went through correctly. Please email me if you have any questions or don't receive your automated email within 30 minutes of registering.

event won't be confirmed until we've reached the minimum
we need to qualify for the group rate and picnic.• Tickets will be left at the "Will Call" desk for each family.
• Full payment is due within 7 days of my registration confirmation email or your registration will be deleted.
• Parking is additional $5 per vehicle, payable at the stadium.
• I accept checks and money orders. I can't accept PayPal or credit cards (credit card checks are fine).
• A refund is not guaranteed if you cancel. Please make sure you read and understand my refund policy before mailing your payment.
• You (or another adult) must attend this event with your children. (No drop-offs.)
• Homeschoolers from other states are welcome to join us, as are grandparents, relatives, and family friends.
• If you have any doubts about the legitimacy of Carolina Homeschooler, please join my community and ask for references before registering. Don't send money to anyone on the internet if you don't trust them.
