Pen Pals

I have a 9 year old son that I would like to get a Pen Pal for. Does anyone know of any list or other ideas? It could even be international which I could incorporate into a social studies subject learning about the pen pal's county etc. Thank you. Kimbra

Kimbra, I answered your private message, but also wanted to let you know that I organize pen-pal exchanges (letter writing, not email exchanges) here on the forum from time to time. I know many of the children who post here (they've either been in my classes or have went on my trips), so it's a little safer than it would be otherwise.

Or your son could register for his own account here and post in the children's areas. Would he be interested in that?
