It's easy! I make them on psp8 (paint shop pro 8) But you can also use plain old paint, and photoshop too. If you wanna make animated ones you use Animation shop that comes with psp8. I draw mine by hand first then scan them into the computer then add the color in psp8. Then you save them as a .gif then upload them in photobucket or imageshack (I use photobucket its better in my opinian)
