Need input on restaurants at Disney

It's June 16 and we're going to make our reservations for the Disney trip in Sept of 07. We're looking for input on which restaurants to make reservations for -- there are so many good ones! Also, since we don't know which day the educational programs will be, that makes it hard to know which days we'll be in which park - we'd like to avoid having to park-hop just for dinner.

Also, let me know what type of food you'd enjoy and I can make recommendations about that. And last, do you want to choose restaurants more for the theming or for the reputation of the food?
