They are in the process of building a sports complex on Garners Ferry road close to Lower Richland HS in Richland County. I noticed that there was some activity there this fall so I started calling around. I spoke to Tripp Miller (446-2750 or Tripp@soccerplus.com) at the Richland county rec. dept.and he said that as of now there was not enough interest in a league around here. He asked if I could spread the word to see who might be interested. I am going to start a list of names & numbers to forward to him but if you do not feel right about posting that kind of info you can e-mail me at TAT191@aol.com or e-mail him yourself.
He said that if enough people are interested he will start out with a 1 hour soccer clinic to teach the kids how to play & see if they like it, then work towards a league for the fall. I do not know what the fee will be for the clinic or the league.
