Stroke clinic has started again at the Jewish Community Center in Columbia!
Session 2 is M and W from 10:45 - 11:45, February 4 - 27
Swimmers should be able to complete one lap of freestyle (25 yards) with some type of rotary breathing.
Cost is $35.00/child for non-members, $25.00/child for members.
Swim Lessons- for those with little to no swim experience or those who need to brush up on their skills. Minimum age is 4, class size will be limited. Classes are 30 minutes on M and W starting at 9:00 AM.
Session One is February 4 - 27. Class did not meet February 4 and 6 so it is not too late to sign up for the rest of this session! The classes from Feb. 4/6 will be made up at the end of the month.
