co-op interested in Disney World

Hi Everyone,

I'm the director of STARS co-op in Spartanburg and we have quite a few parents that are interested in the Disney trip. We are trying to get together a fundraiser and I just wanted to post here to see if anyone else was interested.

We have a Mom who's husband plays in a Christian band and they've been willing to play at fundraisers before. We thought with the band, a hotdog sale and a homeschool booksale, we'd raise quite a bit of money. We also considered doing a private auction while we were there. Would anyone be interested? And does anyone have any great locations in mind?

We actually have one mother who has made brownies and taken them to work with her. She helps at a consignment sale that lasts for about 3 months or so I think. Anyway, she is charging a dollar for them and I think she's made almost $118.00! It's amazing what you can do when you're creative, isn't it?

I hope to sign up next week for the trip and I'm really excited to be going in September. Thank you for all your hard work!
