YMCA Homeschool Swim and Gym

I just wanted to let everyone know that the Jeep Rogers Family YMCA in Lake Carolina has a program for homeschoolers. It is an 8 week session for kids 5-8th and includes an activity in the gym and swim time. I picked up a flyer yesterday! The number is 803-451-8439 if anyone would like to check it out !!

Obviously this is an old post but it's still going on. Has anyone done it who can give me a review? Also, they say it's an hour of swim, an hour of gym, and an hour of instruction...I'd like to know more about that instruction...?
