I like Star Wars too. I thought the third movie was really good. The theater where we went to see it was very spacious :wink2:, but it was full of people! I liked the part where Obi-Wan is fighting General Grievous. Has anyone else seen it? I also like Monty Python and the Holy Grail and Pirates of the Caribbean.

I really like Around the World in 80 Days. I think that it is very inconceivable that they could travel around the world in just 80 days. You could only go in a straight line, you couldn't go to all of the counties in the world. It was very funny too. I've never read the book though, but I'd like to.

I've read the book and seen about half of the movie. I really liked the way the book ended. Jules Verne sure had me fooled! :biggrin2:

I like Pirates of the Caribbean, too. It's really funny. Capitan Jack Sparrow thinks that he's so brave and judicious, and he's really kind of a coward, and isn't very smart. A really gross part is when Jack turns into a skeleton, ewww!

Hi Jordan,
I don't mind the skeletons in Pirates of the Caribbean. Jack Sparrow was my favorite character because he was so funny. When my sisters and I first saw the movie, it was instantaneous- we all loved it! Have you seen Monty Python and the Holy Grail?

Yeah, I have. I especially liked the one where Johnny Depp (that's his name, isn't it? :confused2 I never can keep actors' names straight) kept getting that long line that he says to Mr. Cotton's parrot wrong.

I don't like movies that are macabre, but Pirates of the Caribbean is one that's an exception. The living skeletons don't bother me much.
