Spring Homeschool Stroke Clinics at the Jewish Community Center -
All clinics are $25.00/ JCC members; $35.00/ non-members (cost is per swimmer, per session).
Dates for Homeschool stroke clinics -
Session 1: Jan. 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, 28
Session 2: Feb. 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25
Session 3: March 2, 4,9 11, 16, 18, 23, 25
Session 4: April 1, 13, 20, 22, 27, 29, May 4, 6
Swimmers should be able to complete one lap (25 yards) unassisted of freestyle swim. If you are unsure about your child's abilities in the water, please feel free to being them to one of first class and we can evaluate them. The clinic is taught by a Red Cross Certified Swim instructor, who is also a homeschool mom. Registration forms are available at the JCC.
Clinics are Monday and Wednesday, 10:45 AM - 11:45 AM at the Jewish Community Center, 306 Flora Drive, Columbia, SC

Swimmers will work on freestyle, and be introduced to backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly, as well as starts and turns.

The JCC will also offer Intermediate Stroke Clinics M/W afternoon from 4:15 - 5:15 and Advanced Stroke Clinics T/TH afternoons, 4:15 - 5:15 beginning in January. For more information call the JCC at 787-2023.
Intermediate clinics begin on January 5; Advanced clinics begin January 6.
