Here's a paragraph from my new book, Negatopia. How does everyone like it?
“Get up, you idiot!” “You’re late!” shouted the speaker above Bertrand Lienchun. He awoke with a start. “Late for what,” he muttered as he curled up even tighter. Then he realized it -- he was an hour late for his shift at the fossil fuel factory! He worked for Lodden Fossil Fuels, which was called Exxon in the 21st century. By now it was the 23rd century.
