I have a copy of Math-U-See's Skip Counting Songs Book (copyright 1998) that anyone is welcome to have if they'd reimburse me for postage. It's been marked in a little (one of my children "colored" one page in the text, and the back cover has a few marks. Other than that, it's in pretty good condition.
