Hello everyone. I am back with an update, and a question. We finally got out paperwork to take my daughter out of school. We got it last Wednesday. We went to school Thursday, and the principal all of a sudden said she would change her class!!!??? My husband told her that we were not changing our minds, and besides, we already spent the money.

Kali is doing great so far. And she enjoys doing some of big brothers 2nd grade math games and reading.

I do have one question. Does anyone have a Kindergarten Report Card or grading form? Or know where I can get one for her grade? -I have found many out there, but they are all for higher grades. This is the only problem I have come across so far. My husband is going to have to help me in this department. :biggrin2:

Thank you for all your help, and getting me started.
Willow (I go by many names, as one woman pointed out before. Kali, Willow, Crystal. )

Your association may have a form you can use; check in their membership handbook if gave you one. Otherwise, you can create one easily in Microsoft Word. Just list the required subject areas, along with the grade you assign. Also include your daughter's name, grade, and total attendance on it, and that's that.

We don't use report cards, though, so maybe someone else can be more helpful to you in this regard. :smile2:

Warmly,
Dianna

I just type one on the computer. Chuck E Cheese pizza takes it. LOL

I do something like this:

Ted Jones K-5 Oct 5, 2005
Jones Homeschool Pelzer, SC

math A
phonics B
reading C
writing D needs improvement

That is kinda how I do it. I just judge the grade in lower grade by my judgement too. You can also check local school supply stores for report cards.

Hope this helps some,
Lorna
