I get a lot of questions about homeschooling via email and private messages. From now on, I'm going to post the questions here as well as on my FAQ page so others can benefit from the answers. I won't share the name or email address of the person asking, though, in order to protect their privacy.

Please feel free to jump in with more questions, or with answers to the questions that I post here. The more, the merrier! :smile2:

Here's one of the questions I've received recently:

Question: Can I homeschool if I already have trouble with my elementary-aged daughter's math? I need to make sure she is learning what she needs to.

Answer: Don't worry about not knowing something. Because we can choose our own resources, you can get top-quality materials and learn along with your daughter. You wouldn't believe how many parents have said that they never understood math until they relearned it with their children, or they knew nothing about history until they read about it with their children. Consider homeschooling as self-education, too! :smile2:

There are so many cds and dvds that will teach for you. Don't worry over stuff like this.
