Hi everyone! I know you probably don't care about this but I thought I would share it anyway especially since it has to do with me and how excited I am. Anyway most of you know that I do gymnastics. Well this past weekend was my last and biggest competition/meet of the season. I competed yesterday in Columbia, South Carolina. Now what I am sharing is how I did and I think some of you (Hanna) are dieing to know. LOL Well maybe this will tell you. I WON! I am the best in the state for my entire level! WHOO! If you are excited for me right now imagine how I am! LOL I did great. Not only did I win first place but I also met Grace Taylor! Grace Taylor is an Elite gymnast (the higgest level) and the newest member to the Georgia Gymdog team. She is great. I got her autograph and touched her 5 times! If you got 1st, 2nd, or 3rd she would shake your hand, say "Congratulations", and give you your medel. If you guys want to know my scores they are below: (The higgest score you can get is a 10)

Vault - 8.875 ... 2nd place
Bars - 9.15 ... 1st place
Beam - 9.45 ... 1st place
Floor - 9.050 ... 5th place
All Around - 36.525 ... 1st place (All Around is all your scores added together and is also used to make the team score)

My team is also the best in the state for my level! Yeah!

So I hope you guys injoyed that and now I will be working towards level 7!

Thats great it sounds like you did a great job. I wish I could do some of the move you can do. I would have to omit my bad ankles to do them. I cant even walk across my front yard with out hurting my ankles, and not being able to walk good for a couple of days.

I have one more thing to add, you must be proficient at the beam and the bars to have gotten first place.

Beqam was my highest score... a 9.45 and bars was a 9.15. You see you might do really good but someone can always get higher. Like this one meet at Myrtle Beach I got a 9.525 out of a possible 10.0. You would think that I would have one first right? well I didn't. I got 2nd because another girl got a 9.7. So you just have to do your best and don't worry about what other people get.
