I am new to this forum and wanted to make a quick introduction. My name is Lora and I am a homeschooling mom of two boys, ages 6 and 10. We have been homeschooling for 4 years and I can't see any other path. I have been meaning to join here for awhile, so I actually got some spare time to finally do it. :smile2: Hope to chat with you all soon.

I am a new member too. . .I found out about this site while researching homeschooling in SC. We are from Nashville TN, but DH was offered a job promotion with his company in SC, so he's there, and we're here until our house sells. We have 2 boys, ages 7 and 11, and have always homeschooled. Sometimes it is challenging to keep going, but I love learning new things every year!

Good luck with the move. We moved to S.C. a year and a half ago from Virginia, so I know what you are going through. What part of the state are you relocating to? We are in the northern S.C. area by Charlotte. Hope all goes well and look forward to chatting with you.

Welcome. What company does your husband work for?
Greenville is a nice area. Be sure to take in Reedy River Park some time. It is so peaceful. Great picture taking place. Dress the kids and snap away.
