This annual event at Historic Brattonsville in McConnells, SC, features hands-on children’s activities relating to colonial and antebellum farm life. Some of the day’s activities include children’s crafts, kid’s military drills, toys and games, candle making and blacksmithing demonstrations. All kinds of farm animals will be on display including the site’s newborn lambs. A 4-H petting zoo, pony rides, tractor drawn wagon rides, and family friendly foods will also be available.
