Join us at the SC State Museum on November 1 and spend an evening with King Tut! We'll enjoy Egyptian crafts and a scavenger hunt, watch a movie (complete with popcorn and lemonade), and visit the museum's new exhibit, Tutankhamun: Return of the King.
The exhibit portrays the life and death of one of history's most legendary kings through 124 replicas of King Tut's sacred and personal possessions. It also tells the story of archaeologist Howard Carter, who discovered the nearly intact treasure-filled tomb in 1922.
This event will run from 6:00-10:00 pm and is recommended for ages 4 and up. It's open to members and non-members. The registration deadline is September 30.
