  1. Local 4-H

My daughter is involved in 4-H and the chicken eggs she's been incubating were candled today. 21 out of 24 eggs are still hanging in there. Usually only about 50% hatch, so this just proves to her that she's going to be a great mom! If anyone lives in the Lancaster/York/Indian Land areas and would like to be involved in the local 4-H club, the director would love for more homeschoolers to join. They have all kinds of projects going. My daughter is involved with chickens (we never buy eggs anymore and supply all our family and friends) and the photography club. Here's the website: http://www.clemson.edu/extension/county/lancaster/programs/4h/ And here's the contact info: Steve Hucks, 4-H Coordinator, chucks@clemson.edu 803-283-3302 ext. 111 Warmly, Dianna
