Hi, does anybody use Brainpop and, if so, what are your opinions on it?  It looks good for science and history, which is something I need. Any pros or cons, other than the price!

Hi Tyler,

I was a favorite resource for several families who answered my surveys, but I don't have personal experience with it. Hopefully others will pop in here to give you their feedback, but in the meantime, try googling "brainpop reviews."

We have enjoyed the videos and the kids have learned useful info.  They are a nice break from traditional learning methods.  I also utilize Discovery Streaming.

Didn't realize when I posted question that I signed in using Tylers name (duh).  Anywho, we got Brain Pop and it is really great, Ty can't wait to watch the videos, and he is what i'd call a reluctant learner! Lol.

I just wanted to add that you can use BrainPop Jr. (K-2 version) for free in South Carolina, from home, through your public library. Contact your local library and ask for this year's Discus password to log in.
