If we don't do the educational tours at Universal, can we use our 2-day tickets whenever we want?

You can use them between the dates of Nov. 13-23. Both days must be used within 7 days of each other, based on the first day of use. (If you use your first day on Nov. 13, the second ticket must be used within 7 days of that or you lose the 2nd day.)
