Join us for a tour of Charleston’s salt marches and Capers Island State Heritage Preserve! We’ll learn about marine life and marsh ecology via hands-on experiences and discussions from the onboard naturalist. Then we’ll spend time with our naturalist on the beach at the Preserve. With over 2000 acres, Capers Island is a pristine barrier island preserved in its natural state – the perfect outdoor classroom!
The timing of events will be provided later, but plan for a full morning through 2:00 pm.
The cost is $32 per person, payable via debit/credit through my online payment platform. No refunds if you don’t attend the event (for any reason). Parking is an additional $10 per vehicle (price subject to change), payable from your cell phone when you park.
Before you register, please note…
- Spots are limited. Everyone, regardless of age, must be listed on your registration so we don’t exceed capacity. Children ages 2 and under are free (but must be included in the count).
