Current COVID-19 Restrictions

Safety updates for Universal Orlando are posted here. Check that link from time to time so you’ll be aware of any changes. Please don’t register unless you’re comfortable with whatever guidelines are in place at the time of travel.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the ticket price include tax?

The price includes all taxes and fees.

How much are the tickets discounted?

These tickets are discounted around $50 or more per ticket for adults (a little less for children ages 3-9), depending on the date you use your ticket. (Universal uses date-based pricing, so some days are more expensive than others.)

You can figure your exact discount by going to the Univeral Orlando ticket webpage. Choose 1 day, then park-to-park, then scroll down a little and click the + button beside the adult ticket option (for 1 ticket), then choose your date. It’ll give you the price for an adult, 1-day, park-to-park ticket before tax. Click through the screens until you get the total price that includes tax.

Do you accept credit cards? What payment methods do you accept?

Your debit or credit card will be charged when you submit your registration. I can’t accept any other payment methods.

How long are our tickets valid?

Your tickets are valid for the date you chose when you registered. They’ll expire after that and can’t be switched to a future date.

Will you run out of tickets? Is there a reservation system for visiting the parks due to issues with COVID-19?

There are currently no limits on tickets. This is what Universal has told me about visiting the parks:

“Universal does not plan to employ a date reservation system for the parks. This includes transferring between parks.”

Will tickets be mailed to us?

Tickets are digital (not paper), so they won’t be mailed. You’ll upload your ticket numbers to the Universal Orlando Resort App before your travel date. A cell phone will be required to access your tickets and enter the parks.

Do we get discounts at a Universal hotel?

We don’t get a discount for Universal hotels.

If we stay onsite at a Universal Resort, can we get the Early Admission perks with these tickets?

Early Admission is tied to your resort stay, not your tickets, so you’ll get Early Admission through your hotel room key.

Can we add Express Passes to these tickets?

Yes, but I recommend waiting until the day of your visit to purchase. You may find you don’t need it.

Can these tickets be upgraded to annual passes?

They can be upgraded to an annual pass, but there’s no youth discount on the annual pass. You’ll have to pay the remaining price in full (not on a flex pay). You must upgrade before you leave the park on the day of your visit.

What happens if there’s a hurricane?

June 1 through November 30 is hurricane season in Florida. Depending on the timeframe of our tickets, Universal may not make accommodations if a hurricane hits during that time. I’ll do my best on your behalf if a hurricane affects your stay, but there are no guarantees. Please register with this in mind.
