Mine Eyes Have Seen the Glory is a musical revue that recounts the social and political upheavals of the Civil War. It's told in songs and first-person narratives from both Southern and Northern perspectives. It's targeted to grades 3-8, but younger and older students are welcome to attend. (No children under 3.) Curriculum Connection: History, Non-Fiction, Music, Literature, and Drama.

The Museum of York County at 4621 Museum Rd.,located in Rock Hill, SC will be hosting a Biology Dissection Lab for 8th grade-12th grade homeschooled students, beginning March 4th 2 pm-4 pm and continuing every Tuesday in March. Labs will be led by Cynthia Spratley a former Biology teacher at Lake Pointe Academy, and currently a Museum Program Manager. Cost is $65 nonrefundable deposit, by February 20th!
Total due is $99 for Museum members, $125 for non-members minus the $65 deposit/balance will be due by the first day of class. Sibling discounts available. Four sepecimens will be dissected: earthworm, grasshopper, crayfish, and a frog. Class is limited to 15 and must have 10 students minimum. Deposits will be returned if minimum is not met.
