Hey everyone! My name is Kerry Burns and I am the Digital Marketing Manager for the North Carolina Museum of History. We have several fun and educational programs for students happening at the museum this November. See some of them below!
History Corner: Kids Vote!
Wednesday, November 1, 10-11 am
How do we choose who runs our city, state and nation? Learn a bit of election history, and cast your own vote!
  • Ages 6-9 (with adult)
  • $5 per child; free for Museum members
History Hunters: Elections 101
Wednesday, November 1, 11:15 am-12:15 pm
Do you know how we choose our government leaders? Or how the process has changed over time? Find out, and see how you'd vote!
  • Ages 10-13
  • $5 per child; free for Museum members


Time for Tots: Early American Indian Life
Tuesday, November 7, 10-10:45 am
Learn about lives of the first North Carolinians by handling objects, listening to stories, and making a paper turtle rattle to take home!

  • $5 per child; free for Museum members
